I believe that the Burgh has a ton of untapped potential, but this seems a bit strange. If the metro has the 24th highest GDP in the nation and only three international cities best that number, that means that 19 of the top 24 are US metros, correct? That seems almost impossible, but I guess stranger things have happened...
